What is the idea behind your startup? What is unique about your Startup? What lead to its formation?
Budget constraints of small and medium businesses hinders achievement of positive online growth. Need Websites was incorporated to assist startups, small to medium businesses. We have a wide range of services which is not only restricted up to website development but we also have expertise in the field of digital marketing, application development, software development.
With our expertise we strengthen small to medium businesses to compete to leading business houses. We believe no business is destined to fail if they get ample opportunity to promote themselves to compete in the market and we out here in Need Websites help our clients to do just that.

Indrashish Chatterjee (Founder & CEO) : Indrashish acquired a business degree from a leading business school in India and prior to incorporation of his first venture Need Websites a leading web service provider registered under Bariza Sotware Solutions LLP, he was associated with leading MNCs like HSBC.
Indrashish’s vision to assist startups, small to medium business houses to achieve the optimum online presence has helped many business houses to grow and move to the next level. In the year 2015, Need Websites was selected as one of the leading startups from eastern zone by leading startup communities like YourStory under the able leadership of Indrashish.
What is the problem you are trying to solve? How are you trying to solve the problem? Can you share with us any insights that led you to believe that this is a big enough problem and your startup can solve the problem?
Thousands of businesses die a silent death due to lack of proper promotion and marketing. After the nominal investment to incorporate business,most of the entrepreneurs face huge budget constraints to promote their business which slow poisons the entire venture and eventually results in the shutting down of the business. What are the major challenges you faced while launching the startup? What is the success story of your startup in your own words?
There are quite a few challenges one faces which incorporating his/her own startups, especially when you are incorporating a self-funded venture like Need Websites. In our initial days the major challenge we faced was lack of proper infrastructure. We initiated our journey from a small room in a residential area however with time and dedication towards work from the key members of the company in the initial days we overcame every challenge. Currently Need Websites occupies its own office in IT Park of Kolkata and has also opened two new virtual office in Australia and one in Virginia, USA.
Indrashish Chatterjee the founder of the company believes if you know how to “TACTFULLY” manage the finance of the company and if you are focused enough to form a skilled team nothing can stop your start-up to achieve success.
How has been the journey so far? How tough has been the competition?
The journey of Need Websites has been filled with ups and downs. We have faced major challenges in the initial days to attain proper infrastructure and sustainability in the market considering the market is highly competitive. However our mission and vision of maintaining high integrity and attaining 100% client satisfaction has helped us to survive in the market and slowly achieve the success. Currently we are working with leading Indian Brands and we plan to scale the business to the next level in the financial year 2018-2019.
What is the big picture of your startup? Will it lead to something bigger? If so, how?
Need Websites wants to create an equality in the market. We do not want any business to die a slow death due to lack of budget hence not only provide the most competitive rate but also provide the most affordable payment breakups customised depending on the convenience of the clients. We believe growth of entrepreneurship will generate more employment which will reduce unemployment and produce a healthy social environment.
Where do you want to see your startup 2 years from now?
We believe the future is all about growth hacking and automation hence we want to leave a major contribution in the field of IT which will help business houses of various scales to attain the benefits of automation. If no company takes care of the same in future small to medium scaled business houses cannot survive and Need Websites wants to help startups, small to medium businesses to attain benefits of automation.
What is your plan or strategy to sustain in the long run?
To sustain in the long run, one needs to know the future. The future is all about automation and growth hacking. Need Websites is preparing itself for that. Other than the above mentioned points we are undergoing discussion with leading global brands for being their IT Partners which will disclosed further with time.
What is one habit of yours that makes you more productive as an entrepreneur?
One needs to keep on educate himself or herself to evolve into a better individual. Keeping yourself updated about the latest technologies is certain an important way to be a productive individual. Foreseeing the future can be attained only if we focus on learning where exactly the world is heading to.
As an entrepreneur, what is the one thing you do over and over and recommend everyone else do?
As an Entrepreneur you should never stop learning. You can learn from everyone around you. There is no end to learning. Regardless of one’s social status one can teach you a lot, meeting new people and socialising with them can help you to be a better human. Hence I strongly recommend every entrepreneur to keep himself or herself open to learn new things and not to restrain himself or herself from meeting new people.
What is one strategy that has helped you grow your business? Please explain how.
I do strongly believe that a business man is as good as his commitments. I never had any specific strategy to grow my business however I maintained one thing that is if I commit something to anyone, I did my best to live upto it. Every individual you are dealing with , it may be your employees or your customers will highly appreciate you if you treat them with respect and do your best to live up to your commitments. Maintaining proper human relationship has helped me to come this far.
